As a midi receiver, if I have received both an RPN H/L controller number and an NRPN H/L controller number,
how should any subsequent DATA value or increment/decrement be handled?
Should DATA influence my internal state of both of them (RPN and NRPN), or the one that was last set (RPN or NRPN),
or... something else?
I can't seem to find an answer in the docs. Thanks.
