I don't have experience with MidiYodi, but from the screenshots and descriptions is looks like you might be able to cut/copy/paste entire measures of MIDI data.
If not, you should certainly be able to do that in a DAW or notation program, depending on whether you prefer working with a piano roll editor or notation/score editor. A lot of DAWs include a notation view, but a program that's specifically dedicated to notation will be more sophisticated and have more options than the simpler notation editor that's included in a DAW.
