Hi,
In PSR manual (attached), I read "On Bass note" and "Bass Chord".
What do these mean?
For example, I have a Dm chord with XF meta-message:
<meta message sequencer_specific data=(67, 123, 1, 50, 8, 50, 127) time=0.40879057916666667>
Also,
As you can see we have the chord no bass chord and bass note as the chord root?
What does On bass note mean? Does this mean we can have Dm/G ( d minor with added bass G)?
What does Bass chord mean? Does it mean we can have two chords at the same time?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm just guessing here, I assume you have the manual, and I expect it's explained in detail there.
Various keyboards have an auto chord system, and this is often linked to the lower octave(s) of the keyboard. If this function is engaged (and it's usually optional) then pressing the bass keys will generate a chord, and the chord may vary depending on other notes being played. I have a Casio keyboard here which does this, with various options.
However, this keyboard provides no access to the generating parameters, and no way to modify the process other than what's built in. It appears that your keyboard has facilities, via SysEx, to make various changes to the details of the system. This will be totally peculiar to your keyboard, may be quite unlike any other keyboard, and I'm sure it will be explained in your manul. I'm sure that such changes will be quite optional, I expect the system will still work if you do not use SysEx to modify it.
Often you can find tutorials or suchlike on the web, maybe even YouTube videos, that explain things in more detail. If the manual does not help, try Google? Something like Yamaha PSR auto chord system.

I've just gone into Google and entered Yamaha PSR Bass Chord and found masses of stuff, incl tutorials and YouTube videos. Sorry, but it all means nothing to me, as I've not got a relevant device, but there must be something helpful there?
Maybe the material easily found is about the built-in facilities rather than the things that can be changed via SysEx, but I would expect that the former information will shed a lot of light on the latter?
