1st, and I'm not from Atlanta, why does Wikipedia mention all the cities involved in the Alpha Roll-out except Atlanta, the NAMM Show where MIDI became a household name for electronic musicians. Just seems odd and unfair.
I suddenly, 38 years later, find myself in need of the "CONTINUE COMMAND" and cannot find it in any of my documentation.
