Is there a specific rule in how the Running Status for a Control Change should be implemented?
For example, I want to send volume control to Ch1, B0 07 10 07 08? Or are there specific control changes i.e RPN or any Bn (number) that allow Running Status?

Running status can be used with any message that has a status byte that contains a channel (status bytes 80 to EF). If you want to send two or more sequential messages that would have the same status byte, you can omit the status byte from the second and later messages.
